Note: Mr. Karpinski accepts some commercial insurance plans out of network as a NON-PARTICIPATING provider so you may be subject to a deductible. He does not accept Medicare. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for care varies widely for the types of services that we offer, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Before you start a care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge. Patients are entitled to a statement of fees which will be provided to you by our office upon request. If your doctor does not participate with your specific insurance plan and you are responsible for payment, our office will include a courtesy claim form for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as per their payment guidelines.
