Dr. Nardone earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. During her doctoral program, she completed clinical rotations in outpatient services, acute care, and skilled nursing environments, gaining hands-on experience across the rehabilitation spectrum.
Her doctoral research was selected for a platform presentation at the Combined Sections Meeting, one of the nation’s leading physical therapy conferences. She also completed a strength and conditioning internship with a college football team and participated in a course exploring human body performance at various altitudes. In addition, Dr. Nardone traveled to Zacapa, Guatemala to provide physical therapy to underserved communities.
Dr. Nardone has treated patients ranging from young children to seniors in their 90s, helping individuals recover from orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. She is certified in LSVT BIG, a specialized treatment for those living with Parkinson’s disease, and is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
She is passionate about helping people regain their strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized treatment that focuses on restoring movement, endurance, and stability—empowering each person to reach their highest potential.
