Jeenie Miyoung Chung is a licensed acupuncturist with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City. Since graduating in 2012, she has practiced a wide range of acupuncture styles—including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Kiiko Matsumoto, and The Five Elements—allowing her to tailor treatments to each individual’s unique needs.
Her clinical focus includes treating digestive disorders, chronic stress, and musculoskeletal pain. Jeenie believes that true well-being comes from maintaining harmony in all areas of life—east and west, mind and body, personal and professional. Her goal is to help patients find their own “golden ratio” of balance through thoughtful, integrative care.
Jeenie explains that acupuncture works by stimulating specific points on the skin to activate the central nervous system, releasing beneficial chemicals that influence the muscles, spinal cord, and brain to address a wide range of health conditions.
Outside the clinic, Jeenie enjoys spending time in nature, connecting with her family and friends, and being around animals. She has a passion for travel, adventure, and exploring new cuisines around the world.
