Dr. Rothman joins Manhattan Medicine from Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Spine Care in Plymouth, Massachusetts. At Beth Israel she worked alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, pain management and neurosurgery to coordinate care in a multidisciplinary setting.
Dr. Rothman received her B.A. at Rutgers University with a focus on psychology and anthropology and completed her Doctorate in Chiropractic at the University of Bridgeport. She completed internships at the New Haven Veteran Hospital and the Optmus Community
Health Clinics. Over the course of these internships she was exposed to a wide variety of cases and gained experience working in a multidisciplinary practice offering her patients evidence based care.
Dr. Rothman has specific training in Graston Techniques, Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab, Kineo-taping Techniques, Flexion Distraction Technique, McKenzie Technique and is currently undergoing Active Release Technique education.
Dr. Rothman's goal as a Chiropractic Physician is to accurately diagnose and treat patients, with an emphasis on wellness and the prevention of future episodes. Dr. Rothman is a firm believer that chiropractic care in conjunction with physical therapy and, when needed, pain management, consistently results in the best relief for patients.
Note: Natalia Rothman, DC accepts some commercial insurance plans out of network as a NON-PARTICIPATING provider so you may be subject to a deductible. Dr. Rothman does not accept Medicare. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for care varies widely for the types of services that we offer, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Before you start a care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge. Patients are entitled to a statement of fees which will be provided to you by our office upon request. If your doctor does not participate with your specific insurance plan and you are responsible for payment, our office will include a courtesy claim form for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as per their payment guidelines.
